(a) Refund will be provided during the free look period of 15 days, subject to receiving an email for cancellation at our email id connect@ezhealth.co.in
(b) However, if the request for cancellation is received after the conduct of initial lab tests and initial evaluation by specialists, in that case the cost of initial lab tests as per actuals, and consultation fees for initial evaluation (Rs 750/-) will be deducted from the paid amount.
(c) The calculated refund amount will be informed to the subscriber by email, and will be refunded back to the original mode of payment within 2 working days after receiving the request through email.
